The Downhill Racer Merino Wool Ski Vest is Delaine's natural-fiber alternative to the synthetic puffy. Knitted in the USA from 100% Italian Zegna Baruffa CASHWOOL® merino wool, it provides warmth and breathability without synthetic insulation.

Designed as a versatile ski mid-layer, the Racer Vest is an especially good choice for skiers who run warm or want additional core warmth without the bulk and full-arm coverage of a jacket or sweater. Two front pockets add everyday practicality, while the classic alpine styling looks as good at après ski or around town as it does on the mountain.

The Racer Vest has a relaxed cut for comfortable layering.

100% merino wool is nature's perfect fabric on and off the slopes. It is breathable, warmer than synthetic fleeces, regulates temperature, and is odor resistant.

  • Spot clean with very small amount of mild dish soap and water.
  • If the product needs a deep clean, we recommend dry cleaning. Another option is to hand wash, or use a hand wash cycle in a washing machine. Flat lay dry sweaters. Line dry throws. Do not put in drier.
