Delaine 30 Day Return Policy
Delaine & Co. has a 30 day return policy. Return shipping is free. To be eligible for a return, the sweater must be in its original condition, with the Delaine hang tag attached to the sweater. *Products with tags still on, but covered in pet or human hair, smell of perfume or cologne, or have stains will not be refunded and will be resent back to the customer at no charge.
To start a return, contact us at support@skidelaine.com within 30 days of receiving the sweater. If your return is accepted, we will email a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Christmas Extension
Items purchased from November 1 and be returned until January 31.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exchanges
Delaine does not offer direct exchanges; instead, we provide a the 30 day return policy for a full refund. If you need a different size or style, you must return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item and it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Quality Promise- No time limit
If the sweater develops a quality problem related to workmanship or materials, Delaine will repair the sweater or replace it.
